Ale originally hails from Peru, but grew up across several countries, including the U.S., Malaysia, and China. He is a University of Texas at Austin graduate, where he majored in International Relations. As a Movability Program Specialist, he's passionate about measurable and visible impact of TDM work while making roads safer and more efficient for Texans. Outside of work, he enjoys writing Sci-Fi and cooking.
