Dennis serves as an Assistant Director over parking at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was the first individual at the University of Texas to earn the Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) designation- a milestone that reflects his commitment to professional excellence.

He oversees both the Administrative Staff and the University’s Transportation Programs. These programs are designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and student well-being across campus.
